Breathing Awareness
Correct the breathing inconsistencies
In these online breathing and relaxation classes, we will practice breathing awareness to maximize oxygenation and detoxify the body. We will strive to breathe for balance in order to remedy breathing ailments such as short and shallow breathing. Focus during our online relaxation classes will be on correcting the rhythm and duration of inhalation, retention & exhalation.
Breathing in a cyclical way, we will learn to release control and allow ourselves to experience our raw emotions. Allowing the mind to get completely out of the way, we might even have a glimpse of the meditative state. We will learn to be more aware of ourselves as we learn to simply get out of our own way.
When practiced regularly, breathing awareness sets the stage for Pranayama.

Control thoughts to control emotions
Contrary to Breathing awareness where we let go of any type of control, in these online meditation and breathing classes, we will learn to acquire control on our breathing. When we have control on our breath, we have control on our thoughts, which in turn helps us keep our emotions in control.
Gradually advancing on the pranayama techniques of Kapalbhati, Nadi Shodhan, Bhramari, and Ujjayi, we will learn to achieve balance and a happy state of consciousness as it cleanses the body and the mind.

Now that we are aware of the incorrectness of our breathing method, correcting our breathing and striving to control on thoughts, it’s time to advance to the next step of relaxation – The Yoganidra.
Under instructions from our breathwork and relaxation teacher, we drift systematically into a conscious state of deep sleep where we dispel our thoughts, feelings and focus entirely on our inner world. Learn to achieve a deep restorative state of mind-body consciousness.
From here, we will move to the meditative state to attain a deeper state of consciousness that transcends mind & body and integrates us with our surroundings. If possible, we will learn to achieve a transcendental state in the final stages of our online meditation course conducted from Rishikesh, India.

Daily Pranayama Sessions Charges

Sessions are conducted at 5:30 - 6:30 AM CET / EDT / IST / PDT.
Per attendee course fee includes 9 sessions of 60 minutes each at the given time slot.

Select a peaceful place in your home, balcony, terrace, or park as is suitable for you.
